Born in 1974 into a musical family, Laura began playing piano at the age of 5 followed by clarinet, flute and saxophone. In 1996 she started a degree in Jazz Studies at Leeds College of Music where she won the coveted 'Spud Murphy Saxophone Prize'. She can now be seen and heard at Jazz Festivals throughout the U.K. and of course at the U.C.C.
