Sandra Pehrsson, young Swedish singer, moved to England in September 1999 to study at Leeds College of Music where she won the 1999/2000 prize in the category of Best Jazz Singer. She now teaches at the college. She also plays piano, organ, guitar, flute and piccolo and has taught both piano and singing. Sandra has her own, individual, very bluesy style. She delivers standards, newer songs, some of her own compositions and even throws in one or two songs in Swedish.
